Arrive
Land, check in, one long dinner. No agenda, no name badges.
Day 02
Work
Mornings: hot seats. Everyone brings one real problem from their business. Afternoons: the experience, arranged with a local partner.
Day 03
Shoot
We film the trip for the members, so you go home with material for your own brand. Real moments, not a staged set.
Last day
Decide
Everyone leaves with one decision, and the numbers of the people who'll hold them to it.
