What we do all day
Operators first.
We run online stores that sell in the United States, Australia and France, mostly through Google Shopping.
Products, ads, customer service, suppliers, the numbers at the end of the month. It isn't glamorous. It's real work, and it teaches you fast. That's the lens we bring to UNFILTRD: no theory we haven't tested on our own money.
Why UNFILTRD
The hard part wasn't the work.
It was finding people at the same stage who were honest about it.
Most of what you see online is the filtered version: the launch, the view, the screenshot. Almost nobody shows the doubt, the failed test, the boring Tuesday. We wanted a room full of people who show the real version. So we're building one. Then we're taking it on the road.

How we got here.
- Before
Win the Day
Reza started with Win the Day, a daily execution system for 18 to 30 year olds. He tested it properly. The data said it didn't hold up in that form, so he stopped instead of pretending.
- Then
The pivot
What people did ask for in the interviews: a network of founders at their stage, and a reason to get out of their city together. That became UNFILTRD.

Building in the open
This site, the list and the destination vote. No trips booked yet. We'd rather show the process than a polished promise.
