Who we are
UNFILTRD, Naaldwijkstraat 23, 3061 PG Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 42151712. UNFILTRD is responsible for the personal data described here.
What we collect
- The list form: your name, e-mail address, what you're building and your city (the last two are optional), plus the fact that you gave consent and when.
- The destination vote: the destination you chose and a random ID stored in your browser, so you can only vote once.
- Abuse protection: a one-way hashed version of your IP address (never the IP address itself), used to stop spam and repeated votes.
- Statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites. Google Analytics is not active. If we switch it on, it will only load after you say yes.
Why
- To contact you about UNFILTRD: the first trip, the vote and occasional updates. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it any time.
- To keep the form and the vote fair and free of spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where it is stored
On Cloudflare (hosting and database). The database is located in Western Europe. Cloudflare acts as our processor. We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.
How long
Until you ask us to remove you, or at most 24 months after our last contact with you. Votes are kept without your name or e-mail.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it. Send us a message on Instagram at @unfiltrd.co or reply to any message we send you. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies and local storage
We don't use tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your vote, your checklist ticks on the journal and whether you already wiped the homepage filter. That information stays on your device.
